| Do I need to be a member of a gym or health club? |
| NO - As well as the body STUDIO
(which has no membership requirements) personal training can take place just about anywhere you feel comfortable, if you feel more comfortable in a
commercial gym or club environment your trainer has access to these at discounted casual rates. |

| I am already a member of a gym or club, will you still work with me
in those premises? |
| Maybe - Your trainer works with two local club's, if you do not belong to either of these you will need to consult your current club for clarification. |

| I want to be safe when training, are you a qualified trainer? |
| Yes - Your trainer has many years experience in the industry and holds a number of current qualifications. Your trainer is also registered with REPs which requires a high level of compliance and ongoing industry training. |

| How often do I need to see a trainer? |
| This can vary allot from person to person, we all have different goals and varying levels of commitment. Your trainer
will discuss with you. |

| This is my first time, what do I need to bring? |
| All you need to bring is a towel, drinking bottle plus suitable clothing and footwear. It is also advised to have eaten something at least 1hr prior. |

| How long will it be before I begin to see results? |
| Depending on your diet, how often and how intense you train, you should begin to experience strength gains within a month and begin to see body changes shortly there after, but most of all you should begin to feel good immediately! |
